Returns and Warranty
Our returns policy only applies to items purchased through our official website and authorized online dealers, and products must be returned to our warehouse within 60 days from the date of purchase.
If you purchased on Amazon, please follow Amazon's return policy. In other cases, if purchase is made on this website returns or exchanges may only be issued for unopened, unused and re-sellable items. This is due to governmental regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. A restocking charge may be applied.
Before you purchase, please double check to make sure you are purchasing the right size product and that your toilet is compatible, most are. If you are unsure, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm it for you.
To complete your return, contact us at email@example.com and provide us your order information.
You are automatically registered with IZEN CANADA when making a purchase through our official website and through our authorized dealers, please keep proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt, etc.).
IZEN CANADA warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
For your convenience, warranty servicing is done completely by the regional office IZEN CANADA. Extended warranty on IZEN 5 is also honoured by IZEN CANADA. You will not be required to mail in warranty card to our Korean headquarters.
Our obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, in our sole opinion, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed, used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual.
IZEN CANADA reserves the right to make such inspections and ask the customer to complete a questionnaire as may be necessary to determine the cause of the defect.
Any shipping to IZEN CANADA must be prepaid. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping details.
If a customer’s billing and shipping information do not match, to protect the company and to protect customers, our customer support will confirm the placed order with the customer before fulfilment.
